Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing may take longer during busy periods. We will send tracking details after dispatch.
Australian shipping
Standard and express shipping charges increase with the combined shipping weight of the items in your order, including any applicable packaging allowance. All prices below are in AUD.

Standard delivery is estimated at 2–8 business days after dispatch. Express delivery is estimated at 1–4 business days after dispatch.
The final shipping charge and available delivery options are shown at checkout before payment. If your order exceeds 5 kg or no shipping option is available, please contact us before ordering so we can help with postage.
We currently deliver within Australia only. Shipping charges are shown at checkout.
Shipping and tracking
We use Australia Post and courier services. The carrier depends on the destination and selected shipping method. Delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address changes
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. Contact us promptly if it needs correcting; changes may not be possible once an order is being processed. Additional postage may apply if a parcel must be resent because the supplied address was incorrect.
Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries
If your order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please use our Contact us page and include your order number so we can investigate. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
